New! Beginners 5K Training Guide

This past summer we’ve been working with Shawnee Mission Medical Center to create a training guide for beginning runners who want try a 5K– and now it’s done! Check it out on their MyHealthKC site or use this direct link to download the guide. Be sure to share with friends!

Bonus: in conjunction with the guide publication, we are also offering a free consultation with our own in-house coach, Helen Wilms, to interested 5K newbies. Keep a look-out for them on Saturday mornings.
