Strength Training — July and August 2021

Beginning on July 6th, Coach Helen will lead one-hour strength training sessions Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 6 am at Roe Park, 104th & Roe, Overland Park, KS. She will target muscle groups to improve power, speed, endurance, balance, and prevent injuries. Bring hand weights (3-10 pounds) if you have them, a mat, a towel, and water. Free for KCE Members.
