New 10K and Half Marathon Training for Beginners

New this year!  KC Express coaches Saskia Jacobse, Amy Medina, June Moore, home page and Kelly Pfannenstiel will launch our Beginner’s 10K and Half Marathon Training for runners and walkers on May 21.  These programs are designed to help women build from the Mother’s Day 5K, adding mileage slowly and steadily while forming the habit of regular exercise.  For more information, view our flyer.
