Come join to build endurance, improve pace and enhance running efficiency. We’ll alternate between hill repeats and track workouts.
Dates: Wednesdays, May 24 – September 27
Time: 6:00 pm
Place: (May 24) Harmon Park, 7727 Delmar, Prairie Village. Park at the pool lot. Later sessions will be held at Shawnee Mission East HS track.
Bring: your own fluids (water/Gatorade) and towel for those who sweat.
