Everyone was rocking the red at the KC Express Wed Night Run on Feb 12. It’s our Valentine to the running community to take to the streets in red dresses, the symbol of women’s heart health. Host Amy M and her sons added to the fun with lots of holiday heart decorations for the potluck dinner after the run. Thanks to all who participated—you look marvelous!
