Mediterranean Diet

Of all the diets out there, few have the scientific evidence base for disease prevention and longevity that the Mediterranean diet does.

We’ve invited Chef Gary Hild back as our featured speaker for the Nov 1 “First Tuesday”, and asked him to focus on the Mediterranean diet. He’s bringing us a chef-prepared dinner — plus his recipes — and plenty of good information for discussion! (Many of you will remember his yummy butternut squash soup from last year.)
