Mother's Day 5K

Run/Walk for Women

Kansas City's only run/walk exclusively for women and girls!

Join us in this wonderful event for women and girls of all ages and fitness levels. Whether you walk, run, or push a stroller, you'll enjoy this healthy and  festive start to the holiday.

This is a fun event with a serious purpose. KC Express hosts the Mother's Day 5K as a community service to fund and further our mission to inform, motivate, and inspire women to exercise for better health.
